Takeshi and I arrived at Hidcote manor garden on January 6th.
There is a traditional manor house and gardens. It’s so beautiful!
At training, we pruned the trees Quercus coccifera, Lime, Ivy and so on, raked up the dead leaves and cut down perennials.
Last Friday, we learned the Garden History from Richard. He is a garden historian. And this Monday we were taught about National Trust by Mike head of gardens.
Those sessions were very interesting and I’ve learned a lot.
The Hidcote staff are extremely kind and friendly.
It is very cold at Hidcote, but it is fun training every day.
