Chelsea Flower Show

We have had the pleasure of spending time at the Chelsea Flower Show! Hosted by the Royal Horticulture Society, the four-day event includes garden exhibits, show flowers, floral arrangements, and horticulture vendors.

A particularly interesting feature of this years’ show was an exhibit by Our Planet, called the “Butterfly Effect.” This was an interactive, 3D segment on the importance of pollinators. The exhibit received great reviews and won a silver medal.  As gardeners, we should be aware of the insects that make it all possible (and sometimes… bothersome).

Take a look at some of the highlights:

    Beautiful pictures.!
Chelsea flower show is an annual international event ,isn’t it.
I heard that Japanese gardeners got awards this year.

  2. You were at Chelsea!! I helped set up an exhibit in the floral marquee this year, a display of lilies by HW Hyde and Son. It’s the most famous out of all the RHS flower shows, so glad you visited it! 😀
